Logically men could not have any higher count of sexual partners than a woman can. I would imagine 7 is actually the higher end of average.

Why are you shocked? I thought women don't sexually desire men. I'd assume it's because he's had a hard time finding sexual partners because women don't really want sex or desire the opposite sex the way men do. If anything women are only sexually interested in the top percentage of men where as men are sexually interested in the majority of women. This imbalance of desire between genders is the problem. I bet he craved to have more sex partners, but most women refused. It's sexually frustrating when both sexes don't desire each other the same with the same intensity. And most of the time it's the side that wants sex that suffers.

you're surprised because you're realizing women have a sexual abundance at a young age because all women need for sex is to look good. Men have to become high value to live in sexual abundance. Only ten percent of men are having frequent sex because high value men are much more rare than a pretty woman

On average men have the exact same count women do. It's mathematically impossible for that not to be the case. However, a small group of men have a ton of sex, which means the "typical" guy actually has slightly less partners than the "typical" woman.
7 is high to me, I've had less than that... now if you were to ask how many times I've done it with the same partner? Well that number is way too high to count...100k or more probably, just guessing.

Most are 'serial monogamists' - they date one until or unless it fails, then move to the next one. Your duty in dating, your job if you will, is to get to know and to gain sufficient knowledge about the other to be able to discern, to make a determination, or judgement, on their worthiness. As a mate, partner, whether they're worth your substantial investment in time and emotion. Most simply will not be worthy.
