There isn't anything wrong with having a preference. We all have preferences, but the issue becomes when that preference is the only thing that matters. If it becomes the sole focus then it is can be a problem when size isn't such a key aspect of a relationship. I'm not saying that it can't be personally important, but you aren't dating a penis, you are dating the guy it's attached to.
The same goes for men, they aren't just dating someone for their breasts (and if they are they are just as guilty and shallow). You would want someone to date you for all your features and personality not just the size of your boobs, hands, feet or other aspects of your body.
So it can be personally important but shouldn't be the sole reason for liking or disliking someone. If it is then you need to reevaluate your priorities and see if you are truly in love with that person.
