It would make me self conscious in some settings and when i was in some moods but not others but creepy is still a subjective thing for example id feel a lot more uncomfortable if she was fat , ugly and elderly.
Also if know one can show any interest it makes it a lot harder for anyone to start relationships since no one has any sign anyones into them so you can't make steering hornaly illegal but if your not into them your likely to get creeped out so?
