Well i had the same problem but when i got into a relationship i said that i don’t wanna do it anymore and i stoped doing it you just need to have a reason to stop it try some hobbies maybe sports pc games consoles board games go out with friends anything and forget about it just say that you don’t need it and you won’t believe in yourself that you can do it and you will stop
