the reality of this type of shit is what they do on sheep, it’s called banding. If you damage the blood supply say bye to your balls.

Banding

As with tail docking, there are many techniques that can be used to castrate ram lambs. The easiest and most common method of castration is the rubber ring or band. Not a medical expert here but I doubt tying up your balls would be safe in the long run, I guess you can break a sperm channel or something and possibly necrofy your balls if they don't recieve oxygenated blood for a long time, just use a condom it's simpler

I answer this because serious permanent damage to the vascular structure of the penis can occur if a constant tightening pressure is in place . So, Absolutely not!. The cock ring should have a minimum size it can't shrink back any further from. This size is determined by what's comfortable long term while flaccid. These became a go too aid as I got older, well into my 40's. They absolutely work. But a rigid ring I've found works best for me. If you doubt.. go ahead, wear the band snugged for no more than 15 min please. You'll experience a pain you'll not soon forget when removing it.
