Not really, while pee is sterile if you don't have a UTI, the vagina was not designed to have pee in it, and it will offset the PH and potentially give her an infection or at least irritation.
Asides peeing with an erection is quite difficult and uncomfortable, I suggest you stick to peeing your pants.

Technically.. yes. Urine is generally considered to be sterile. The vagina is self cleaning and is designed to rid it's self of foreign bodies such as bacteria and other fluids.
How ever because of the sodium and PH of urine it would probably cause some irritation at the very least.
