Is it true that teenage boys are horny and why is that? Why are they like that

Boys typically go through puberty between around 11-13. Part of puberty means the onset of a sex drive, which grows stronger as he goes through his teens. Men's sexual peak years are from around 16-25, after which their sex drive typically falls off slightly (but usually not that significantly).

That's just simple biology. Humans are designed to reproduce starting in their teens and through their 20s, and up until the 1960s (with the introduction of technical and medical breakthroughs and the increasing need for education, which delayed relationships/marriages), that was the norm.

Their hormones are being blasted into their bodies more and more as each day goes by. When hormones cause sexual characteristics (and hot damn there's way too many hormones being pumped into them) and it kind of all manifests itself to them as frequent random boners for no reason at all and most of the time the smallest things that are hardly remotely sexual can get their hormones raging. Thus always being horny and they end up jerking the boners away each time

It's definitely true of teenagers, both boys and girls. I'd say it's true of most normally functioning men and women in general, just more so in teenagers. Nothing wrong with that. Just make sure you're having safe sex and are using birth control. The world already has 7.6 billion people. We don't need any more mouths to feed.

Yes and No. While they might have higher libido than a adult male, they aren’t “aroused” 24/7. Most guys around that age are more interested in sports, video games and fitness than being naughty.

Its all about the testostoron. How each "boy" reacts on them can not be said with stereotyping. But I always thought something similar would happen to the girls at the same time aswell.
