I believe that to be true not that I'm gay at all but in the gym after a workout I'm 6 feet 5 inches tall and have noticedthat the smaller guys do have smaller penises. In my experience, and I have seen and felt a lot of cocks over the years. Shorter guys can have bigger cocks, certainly I have found less handsome guys generally to have bigger cocks, but there are always exceptions, and some good looking guys from more affluent households often have a very nice cock.. lol
