Is it true when you have sex with someone you take a part of them with you emotionally that you remember for life?

  • From what I've read, it is believed that when most people orgasm, part of the chemical reaction that happens in the brain helps form strong emotional bonds with your partner. If I remember correctly it has something to do with how the chemical reaction takes place in the parts of the brain associated with memory, feelings of love and emotional attachment, and the fact that it releases a ton of dopamine, which happens to be what can cause addiction.

I remember that it used to be thought that only women have this reaction, but I think it was recently discussed that anyone can have this reaction and that the misconception came from the fact that either most men wouldn't admit to it or that these studies were previously only focused on women

  • That's exactly as I have found it so I can totally empathise with your thinking

From what I hear, and particularly read here on GaG, a huge proportion of men, quite a lot of women too, do not feel that way

But considering 2 bodies are so intimately explored, touched AND literally joined together during penis-vagina sexual lovemaking, I can't understand how anyone with a degree of romantic feeling cannot have some emotional connection with a person they've been sexual with

  • I remember and loved every woman I've been with. I'm sure each and everyone of them , in some way, had some influence on the person I am today.

  • I think one will always remember it. I have been with many wonderful women and have fond memories of them all.

  • I definitely don't remember all of them for life.

  • Yes. The idea is known in both psychology and religion. It's not something that sex education touches on because it doesn't fit with the ideology being forced down kids' throats that sexual experimentation is "normal". What it actually does is create a generation of totally fucked up children who aren't able to form meaningful long term relationships.

The term in religion is a soul-tie or soul-bond

  • That's been pretty true in my experience.

  • Yes, it most cases it is true so choose wisely.

  • That depends on the person and the state of mind they are in. I have done some thinking about this topic in the past

  • Yes I feel the same.
    God Bless

  • Yes, it's true

    • Do you have 1 night stands?

    • I only had a couple of them before meeting my current partner and one of the guys was someone I went to grade school with so maybe that’s why I feel so impacted by the sex due to him being a part of my childhood too.

    • Makes sense. And yeah, you are correct. Can you dm me? I wanna know few things about sex

  • No for me.

  • Yes especially for a girl, it begins as he inserts his manhood in, does deep penetrations and brings her to orgasm.

  • Yesss you will never forget

  • Yes, that's how it works, unless somebody's kind of dead inside lol
