It very heavily depends on your ideas of monogamy and polyamory and whether or not the legal spouse is okay with you having a friends with benefits or what the general boundaries are there.

If this is for you ask yourself, would it be ok if your spouse had the same arrangement?
No matter who it is, I would say no.
That is part of being married, you only get to have sex with your spouse, unless it is an open marriage.
That has to be worked out between the both of you before you get married.

Officially yes, but there might be exceptions, where say one person for whatever reason can no longer have sex or perform and the other gets those needs fulfilled elsewhere through a no strings arrangement.

If you are in an open relationship where your partner knows about it and approves, it is not unethical in my opinion, especially if they also have a friend with benefits.
