Sexual Health When I was young (11) I liked to watch movies about pregnant women in tough and life threatening situations. Then it developed into liking rape scenes, then abuse and even incest but specifically a man's violence towards a woman.
I have no idea what the root of this is. I was assaulted but it has no correlation to my preference and happened before I figured out why I like specific scenes so much. I didn't enjoy what happened to me which leads me to believe I wouldn't actually enjoy rape. But I can't help but fantasize. Something about dominance, male strength, taking something and being a woman who is defeated and forced. Whenever there are rape scenes my stomach gets odd feeling almost like butterflies but with an urge.
I know rape fantasy is semi normal but I have had an sexual obsession with male violence towards women from a very young age and want to find out why.
Is it weird to get turned on by rape?

Did your dad have a healthy relationship with your mom?
My mom was never been abused by my dad however my mom was absent for a short time during my early childhood because she cheated on my dad with a woman. I wouldn't say they love each other but are content enough with each others company to have stayed together regardless of the cheating.
That could be the source of it as well. It’s possible the guy she had the affair with was abusive and you blanked it out. Regardless it’s toxic behavior which could result in your preferences
All the time I consider whether I have experienced or witnessed sexual abuse at a young age and not remembered, I just desperately want to find answers.
If you are desperate enough then invest in therapy. Can’t be done online. You can talk about it but you don’t remember so

I have heard women having fantasies of getting raped by there boyfriend's but for me I find it weird and something mentally and physlogical wrong.
I may like the idea of it but it's not that I don't find it disturbing about myself. I feel like I'm mentally sick half the time because of it.

Most women have a rape fantasy I have heard. It is not healthy. You should see a therapist. That goes the same with guys who have raping a woman fantasy. It's definitely messed up. Nothing wrong with the person. Our minds go out of control sometimes. But therapy will fix this. Porn has a lot to do with this. Most women are basically getting raped on porn.
