Is it wrong if a stranger I met at a party got me black out drunk and told him to give him oral. And I barely remember?

While I dont believe anyone should take advantage of someone who is intoxicated I do believe if simeone makes the choice to go out and be irresponsible with alcohol they and they alone are responsible for their actions whatever they may be. Some people are very difficult to tell how drunk they are. I dont drink and I dont go to bars but I have worked in venues where alcohol is served and some people can behave very normal one moment then be on the floor the next.

If someone can be found culpable for drinking and getting behind the wheel of a car and killing someone then they should be held accountable for whatever they do.

Did he force you physically or just tell you to do it and then you did?

I mean if he did not physically force you... I mean it seems wrong because of the alcohol, but is it something you enjoyed and really wanted to do? I mean you can say you do not remember... but that implies then it was not terrible traumatic for you either... so... it hard to say.

I have been drunk and did things with women that I woke up and though WTF? But I enjoyed it when I was drunk, but never would of did it sober... so was it wrong?

Is it wrong? Depending upon where you live he could be charged with rape, since you're being drunk makes consent for sexual activity "impossible" under the law in those areas. How's that for wrong?

Yes to a degree. I mean you should have taken more responsibility for controlling how much you drank. I’m sure you’ve drank before so you know your limits. A part of me says even though it was done under these circumstances, you still would have eventually, the alcohol just encouraged you to do it quicker rather than later.
