I've been single for a while and recently I've found so much exciting porn that I don't even miss my old relationships. I don't even feel like interacting with people anymore. I realized that I actually missed watching porn during my marriage. I don't want a sex buddy because it just seems like a hassle, and dangerous for no reason. I can get off as many times as I want with porn, and there's no woman who will do everything I like anyway.

Is it wrong that Ive started to prefer pornography to having a relationship or friends with benefits?

One thing to consider is that although I definitely can become addicted to pornography, I was also addicted to relationships and interacting with women at one time as well. To me relationships are very addicting, people are addicting. Once you get away from that you eventually feel ok. Porn is just a very sophisticated sex toy to me.

  @Guy__ I think porn is something that you use in moderation. It's no different than when I would have sex with my wife every single day. Eventually we were doing it too much and becoming desensitized. We would take a break for a few days to build up our horniness and sensitivity again. That's what people should do with porn as well. Just take a break from it when you feel that it's losing it's effect.
