Is it wrong to put hot sauce in a condom or necessary to prevent semen theft?

It is funny as hell that Drake used a hot sauce as a spermicide but even funnier that an Instagram model stole the condom to impregnate herself but had burning sensations described as like hot lava. She is threatening to sue him.

I'm interested in the morals and peoples views here. She seems to have timed it for when she was ovulating and could be construed to be shaking him down for child support. That worked for another girl.

Semen stealing does seem to becoming a thing ever since a UK journalist describe how she stole semen from a used condom. So there should be legislation governing when a girl can take a man's semen and possibly they must issue a warning that "semen might impregnate me and put you at risk of child support payments".

If a man makes a deposit at a sperm bank than he is not liable for child support. So shouldn't a girl be able to go direct (fresher is bound to be better) and offer her chosen sperm donor an un-retractable contract waiving child support payments forever. If it is OK for sperm banks to knock girls up without consequence, it seems unfair if guys can't.

There are quite a number of 'home insemination' kits on the market from Amazon, ebay etc and a local chemist chain carries them. So there is a demand it seems. There wouldn't be a market amongst women with willing guys. It has to be women without willing guys that will buy them.

    But items in the trash should not be considered, prima faci, suitable for their intended purpose. Putting an item in the trash is not an action tending to present it as desirable or suitable for use.

    Squeezing the contents of a discarded condom into your vagina is not the intended usage of the item. It is hardly a case where someone “booby trapped” an item to make it unsuitable for use or harmful if used as intended.

    Hot sauce is not a poison. It is safe for consumption by humans. Exposing someone to hot sauce is not an action tending to be harmful.

    I don’t see a case. …but a settlement is not unlikely.

    That said, I don’t believe this story, at all.
