In many communities and cultures marriage between cousin is allowed. I am from India and belongs to traditional Hindu family. In my family culture, if there is close family relation in three generation from mother side or in five generations from fathers side, marriage is not allowed. This might be to prevent genetic mutation or for suppressing some of the genetic disorders. Follow your culture and social rules. Basically the boy is younger to you and it may not good to marry him as a general social traditions.
In GB, first cousins can marry. I do not see a problem, although I know there are many that would disagree and shout incest.

I literally written a whole ass novel but it wasn't saved so i'm going to sum up what i attempted to write.
This is from a Guy's POV
If you like him enough to marry him, i would advise to stay away due to all future problems that may occur such as deformed children, exposing your relation to the family (which may be looked down upon).
If you like him just due to sexual attraction, it is perfectly fine to let him know. The worst thing that will happen is him saying "no" and thats it both of y'all like life like nothing happened.
Best places to let him know is listed below
Air B&B or hotel
Quiet place in a park
Road trip to a beach
Or if you're too shy, attempt to get him and yourself in a room without any family and friends and start drinking. After a while you'll build up the guts to ask and if you feel embarrassed you can blame it on the alcohol.
P. S it is easier for a girl to approach a guy because the guy has a lot more pressure to ask the question due to many different factors.
