Is jealousy cute or crazy?

It could be both.
Jealousy is nice in small amounts because, I mean- it's a perfectly normal side-effect of sorts of exclusivity. Being in an exclusive/monogamous relationship doesn't mean that other individuals won't continue to pose a 'threat'.

Jealousy can also be a tool used to control partners. Which is why I make a point of letting my boyfriend know how I feel. I tell him that I'm cool with him hanging out with friends (even if it's just him and another girl, a girl who's attractive, even) because it's not my place to permit who he can or cannot spend time with. That all I ask is that he just be honest about it with me.

A mild case of jealousy is healthy as it shows that you deeply care for something/someone in a means of wishing to have and claim it for yourself. However, on the flip side, if jealousy becomes posessiveness, That's where it steps into crazy.

It depends. I've dated unattractive girls. Jealousy hurt our relationship. She always thought I was flirting with other girls even though at that time in my life, I was amazed to have a girlfriend at all, and basically could not talk to girls at all. So in this scenario it just made me feel shitty that my girlfriend was always accusing me or acting crazy.

Now? I don't know. I have a whole new perspective on relationships. If I had a beautiful girlfriend who was jealous? I dunno I feel like it might be cute.

It either...

1. the person has no trust in the other person.

2. they have a lot of insecurity issues... which is a major turn off.

if the person is giving you reasons to be jealous (flirting with others/put their arm around others) then they don't love you and you should drop them/not put up with it.

a lot of people are Delusional... and if they are treated the same way they have a problem/get mad... but don't see how it's the same when they do it to their SO.

A certain level of jealousy can be healthy, but if it really starts to affect how you treat people, it's not healthy anymore.
