    Firstly, those sperm are effectively just a half-copy of your own DNA. You shed millions of full copies in of it in dead skin every day anyway.

    Secondly, if you don't have sex, they're going to die anyway. They get recycled every few days.

    Thirdly, even if you DO have unprotected sex, out of the millions of sperm that get into the woman, at most a couple of sperm (one for each dizygotic twin) will live on to form a foetus. The rest will die.

    So if sperm dying was a problem, then every post-pubescent man is killing millions a day.
