Also, your hand is way tighter than a vagina. It just doesn't help for relationship intimacy. In fact it eats away at it.
I do think women should put out more. I am referring to husband wife situations and I don't think anyone is obligated to have sex in a non-legally/religiously-binding marriage relationship.
Men should also take more time to learn women's bodies and women should be more vocal about what works for them. Some men still have some Madonna/Whore complexes going on that ruins things as well.

  I agree @DermalPunch that men should take more time to learn about women's bodies - when I started doing that I realised it was an especially beautiful thing to explore a woman's body and get to know her physical sexuality AND learn from/with her what pleasures her and what SHE wants sexually. Believe it or not, if you've not experienced that, do more cardio, the rapidity through which a man recovers is due to the ability of the body to redivert blood flow to the spongy tissue or the penis, with a well tuned cardiovascular system that's very much improved. I don't mean "I can jog to the mailbox and back without getting winded". For example, last weekend I did a 10k and a 15k, both in body armor. My last ex had great stamina, she'd still tap out once we hit 12-15 times a day, but I'm talking actual physical stamina, and outside of performance athletes, no there aren't a lot of women who do marathons carrying 25% of their body weight on their back.   Those women are probably getting sore cause they are no longer into it. Dryness/loss of excitement. And honestly I've done more then that trying to go into labor and during my orgasmic births.   I wouldn’t think so, as long as these men don’t reject their partners from sex just because they’ve already pleased themselves, I don’t see anything wrong with either male or female masturbation. But I can see how that could upset one partner, thinking he didn’t satisfy you well enough or that he is not enough. However, hopefully both partners can be honest with each other, everyone masturbates, if you tell your partner that’s cheating then she’ll feel uncomfortable and guilty for no reason. Instead they can do it together, or sometimes you can give your partner freedom to just f*ck himself and you enjoy the view. Saying it’s cheating, makes men and women just more prone to hide it and be less honest with each other.
