Is my boss being weird?

He has told others that I'm beautiful, our conversations always turn sexual (e. g. he once asked me what I'd do if a guy had a massive c*ck), he makes an effort not to touch me, he complains about his wife not giving him bl*jobs to me, asks me about my dating life, hated my ex, asks me about my sex life, jokes about an open relationship with his wife and was lecturing me about the difference between love and lust (e. g. he said something along the lines of how he loves his wife but is too tired for sex).

Good Lord, what a nightmare. Yes, that's incredibly weird and inappropriate. Don't partake in those conversations. Just laugh them off and walk away when he gets started. Partaking makes him think you're interested. Focus on your job. If you get uncomfortable, give him a warning, and if all else fails, go to HR.

If you've developed feelings for him, keep in mind that he's already told you he loves his wife. The context clues insinuate that he's lusting after you and nothing more as a result of his wife's asexual tendencies.

That’s literally workplace sexual harassment. Call your higher management, I hope you aren’t joking or lying because this is a serious issue and i don’t understand how all these warning signs don’t ring a bell to you

Yeah, he is being extremely unprofessional and inappropriate.  That could be reported to HR.

That's extremely inappropriate for the workplace and also he is married. Don't entertain his behaviour and realise that's he's married. At least think of his poor wife. He's just being horny and that's all. Don't lower yourself to meet him even if you are attracted to him. It's not worth it. I would be documenting all of this and reporting it to HR or finding a new job if I were you. Good luck.
