Is my husband not sexually attracted to me?

Question

My husband likes to have sex 1x a week max. I’ve learned to compromise and am fine with that but he has mentioned he doesn’t think it’s that important and it’s mot a romantic thing to him. This makes me feel frustrated because it is a romantic experience to me. He also mentioned to me that the reason he doesn’t care about thinking of having sex with others is because he doesn’t value it that much. I wish he would’ve said he doesn’t want to sleep with others because he is satisfied and happy with our sex life (and married but that’s obvious). I want him to feel satisfied and enjoy our sex life. It hurts my feelings that during sex he doesn’t look at me, and requests we only do positions where he isn’t facing me. He says it’s because it’s easier for him to do it that way, but I have a feeling it’s also because he’s just not interested in looking at me during sex. Am I crazy or does it seem he may not be that attracted to me and into me sexually?

Sorry you’re going through that. I’m going through same thing only reversed it’s my wife who doesn’t care about sex. It’s hard. So for the past year I’ve really focused on changing my ways and not wanting sex anymore. I stopped having oral sex which I love. She had me throw away all our sex toys. She has zero lingerie.
