Is no fap worth doing it & how come you avoid prostrate cancer when you are not masturbating I'm confused?

  • Well, the study that links higher ejaculation frequencies with lower risks of prostate cancer is at the least 'not conclusive' or 'significant'. So, if you want to try once in your life a no-fap month the risk is very low. And then again, you can compensate after the month by masturbting more then the minimum suggested for a lower risk of prostate cancer.

I see no use in the no-fap story, but hey, whatever floats your boat.

  • Not sure about the prostate cancer part, but halting masturbation all together from my knowledge, might not be the best thing. With anything, excess is unwarranted.
