First, some generalizations:

Men have a strong drive to spread their seed, and to want variety. If a guy has a blonde girlfriend, he'll often look at brunettes or redheads. If his girl is tall, he may look at short girls. If his girl is petite, he may look at thick girls. If she's white, he may look at black or Asian or Latina girl. Why? Because they're different than what he's got.

For MOST men, though, if he's in a relationship, has strong feelings for the girl, and the relationship is healthy and fulfilling, he'll have no problem suppressing that drive to sleep around. For sure, men who are used to sleeping around a lot (i. e., nearly all top 10% men) are not likely to find it easy to be satisfied with only one, which is why those men in particular cheat at such high rates.

But even men in happy, healthy relationships, who don't cheat, are still going to LOOK at other women, at least sometimes. That energy - that desire for variety - has to escape somehow, and most guys can release enough of it just by looking that they aren't tempted to cheat.

Again, these are generalizations, and there are always a few exceptions to any generalization. You may find a guy who still cheats despite having everything else he could ever want. You could also find a guy with almost zero sex drive, who wouldn't even care if you never had sex. Those guys would be exceptions to the rule, and relatively rare.

Keep in mind that the woman has some control and some responsibility here too. If you get with a guy with a high sex drive, but you often deny him sex, the chances are a lot higher that he'll eventually cheat. If he has fantasies or kinks he wants to try, and you refuse and have no interest in any of them, or even talking abut it, he'll either break up with you or may cheat on you. Most guys are reasonable and you can work out a compromise with them, but if you just ignore or belittle their needs, you can expect poor outcomes.

I sure wish one woman was enough. I have yet to encounter a female who can even come close to matching my sex drive. I refuse to enter into a relationship with a woman and then hurt her because she didn’t meet my sexual needs. I find, for me, that it takes several women with varying turn-ons and kinks to satisfy my sexual wants. I have such an expansive and wide ranging array of sexual desires, that I end up finding most gals just aren’t able or willing to even attempt to satisfy enough of them, often enough, to make it work. They get exasperated and I get frustrated, and that’s where we part ways. I have found that most women just don’t want or need sex nearly as much as I do. And even those rare women I have met who need it more than the rest, have never been as sexually adventurous as I am. Thus, so far, I have always needed more than one woman to satisfy my sexual appetite.
