It depends if you just want to get off, or if you want to enjoy great sex with a person you love and are committed to. Some times you might achieve a greater high with porn. Maybe. But porn can never give you the kinds of great feelings you get from making love to someone you truly love, and who loves you back, in a committed relationship.

That depends on the genre, if it's a lot of emotions and character thinking, a book is better, if its action and visual then a movie is better. But the later is more convenient and faster. In the case of porn a good erotic novel is far better.
In books you can imagine the story and place, if well told. While a movie shows you it. I would compare books to sex books and movies to porn. And real sex is like living the in book told and in movies shown story.
