it's a combination of things, communication, sense of humor, teamwork (2 way street). without that the person is ugly inside and hold you back
If you love your partner, affection will win. If you are not in love with her, it will vary
Sex, Because if a Girl is Affectionate toward us we usually wonder wether She really likes us or if She is using us or wasting our time.
Sex proves that She really likes us, That's why we want it so much, It is Probably because we usually have less chance of getting it.

Affection for sure!.
For me, there is no sex without affection and affection does not automatically lead to sex but is an important aspect of friendship which is very important to me.
Thankfully I do not have to pick one! :-)
