I have a bit over 7, and never had many problems other than needing to hold back a bit until she was good and ready. If you learn how to angle it to push past the cervix, she can take it. If you just jam it in at the wrong angle, you'll plow into the front of the cervix.
I am about 8.5" and I have never found it to be painful.
My ex was 8 Inches and it hurt me if he tried to stick it all in. He had to leave a couple of inches out otherwise it would hit my cervix and hurt me. I think it just depends on the girl, if she has a deep vagina or not
No. 7" is above average size. Average size is somewhere around 5 1/2". Girth plays a factor though.

Don't worry about it. A woman is designed to accommodate many sizes. You sound like the perfect size. If it is painful to her, it won'e be for long. People sometimes just need to acclimate, then all is good.
