Guys, is sloppy head good or bad?

Question

So me and this guy aren't dating as we are both going away for school in a few months. But we have a physical relationship. I've never given head before or anything and my friends kind of 'taught' me using inanimate objects. They said I'm really sloppy because I got spit literally everywhere and I don't think it was a compliment. 

Do you think it will be a turn off?
Will he think less of me because I am sloppy?

Hey, here are some tips :
- apply pressure with your mouth, without pressure it won't be pleasurable
- look happy and having fun while doing it, don't look like u r forced (that's a big turn off)

I personally prefer less slop. However, there are guys that like it. In the end, any BJ is a good BJ. You could try to suck up some of your spit, or don't deep throat which causes extra saliva.
