Men get insults both ways. I seen woman saying his so huge his like my cucumber. I told em no girl said we can't have sex. Next one says at least yours was big mine was a pinky. Well, I asked my girlfriend either mine or his two ex’s are bigger. She just kept quiet and tried to change topic. It seem mine is smaller compare to both of them.
If a guy doesn't know that women also vary in size like men and he needs to find a woman with a small vagina then it might hurt him a lot but I don't think it's the worst insult
