I am retraining myself to talk during my O because a good friend of mine wants to know what I’m thinking then. I always run a nasty lusty script in my head when I’m high from sexual arousal and it gets pulled from my body according to what I’m feeling and the story I’m playing in my head. I will not remember it later when out of the O influence, so I now talk out loud and record it and send it to him. Yeah, we’re that kind of good friends.

I'm pretty neutral about it. I'm no good with dirty talk but I do enjoy it when my boyfriend does it. I don't need to hear him talk in order to enjoy sex though. But if we're talking about something that distracts from what we're doing, then I suppose that would be a turn off.

Talking during sex, especially dirty talk is great. But it gets awkward if you recently started dating and someone mentions love, as in "I love you" or "do you love me"... prior to discussing this in a non-sexual setting.
