Call me crazy or whatever, but there are some that believe this. And I for one, actually think this is possible. Why? I used to get this occasionally when I was a teenager. I'd be sitting in class working on something and just have a mild orgasm for no reason at all. I didn't know what that was at the time and I don't even know what it's called. It's only happened two or three times in my adult life though. I don't think telepathy has anything to do with it.
