Colloquially squirt tends to refer to what some girls do when they have orgasms, and so as a guy this isn't the same.
Having said that, when guys have orgasms it does squirt out - and if you're having what is normally considered to be a wet dream then there's semen squirting out.

You can and do fully ejaculate during a wet dream, and it's technically name is nocturnal emissions, its because your hormone levels are at peak, and are having dreams of a sexual nature although you may not remember the dream.
