  • The answer to your question is no they are not the same. An orgasm is what happens when sexual muscles expand and contract. and the other thing "cumming" is the release of well you know what. Point in fact: Some people can have an orgasm and not cum, this is due to strong pc muscles which prolong the release of sperm in men and well you know what in women. Does this answer you question?
