I dont know if i ever had an orgasm.

But I would say you have smaller orgasms, but don't be surprised if one day, given the right circumstances, that you have an explosive orgasm like the one you imagine. Honestly it's much harder to tell, and that's why there's the stereotype that women sometimes fake it. One way to tell is by watching the contractions in the area between her two "areas". But this of course requires you to be giving oral or some kind of close activity.
