If you have naked pictures of your children, is it child porn?

No! Not unless it's erotic poses or something. You can have pictures even videos of naked people without it being sexual. It's usually pretty obvious. Even if it's perfectly innocent tho you should NEVER give the pictures to others—unless like a doctor to show a rash developing or something. Casually, showing friends/family is probably fine like "look how cute she is with the bubbles" or "look how fucked up she looked before they wiped the womb goo off" but keep it in YOUR possession. Don't text it to them, show them on your own phone. Don't just have those photos available to people. Even family. That's the dangerous part cause usually perverts seem really normal most of the time, you may not know if one could get ahold of the photos once they're out of your hands.

And don't have photos of other people's kids naked either! Even if they're innocent. You could, maybe, get in trouble for that. Just having photos of your own kids naked is definitely fine tho. Most parents do. As long as it's not like a suspiciously high number, and there's no other reason to suspect you're a fucking perv, you should be fine. That's not porn that's just pictures.

Yes. A kid under the age of 18 took a picture of his own penis and was put on the list. By law it's porn. If you have a new born picture I understand when they are just born or when they are bathing but other than that I don't think you should have pictures of your kids naked.

Just wondering because when I was really young, l, I didn't wear a diaper all the time and my parents have pictures of it. I think it's fine, but just wondering if there are laws against it.

No. The law recognises the difference between a young child playing nude on a beach and the same kid being posed in a sexual way.

In the right context it’s not porn…bath pictures, diaper changing, etc. is all quite common. I’m sure our parents all have a few of them. However in the wrong hands and used the wrong way, I suppose you have a very good point!!

If it’s a bath picture when they are a baby then ok… but if they are older or if it’s just a random picture then that is suspicious and should be investigated
