If you are watching blowjob porn can the girl be under 18 if she remains fully clothed? She's legal, due to the age of consent, but not yet old enough to be in porn. At the same time she's not actually showing anything sexually explicit?

I don't actually have any knowledge of this happening outside of the fact some girls in those videos look below 18, and remain clothed, or at least without taking off what they had on at the beginning of the video.

Good rule of thumb in the US: if they’re under 18 and you’re more than 2-3 years older than them you’re violating legal, moral & social boundaries.

Or even if you’re within 2-3 years and the material was produced by force/threats/crime that’s not cool.

  Listen, people have posted illegal stuff on there before. It gets removed but not necessarily before it can be viewed. Also some porn producers in the past have intentionally lied about ages to get guys hooked on illegal stuff. Why? The illegal stuff is expensive to buy and those hooked guys would eventually need to buy to support a habit for something hard to get. They even made a show on (maybe) law & order about it once. To answer directly, the rule of being 18 in porn isn't about nudity. Its about sexual acts. So yes it would still be illegal

  Some countries have legal porn at 16 but if you live in the US you can’t legally watch it. I don’t think the government would do anything to a teenager in the US looking at it in most cases BUT you never know & if the teenager watching it shared a computer with their parents it could get their parents into LOTS of trouble potentially. I also recall hearing of cases where kids in the us made videos of themselves and the kids were charged with making illegal porn (cause it got seen by other kids & parents complained).

Uh yeah. Watching minors do sexual things like blowjobs is legally considered watching child porn.
