My opinion is you should stop talking to that person. Just accept that people have different views on topics. You've had about three posts with the same topic... a male acquaintance believes its OK for underage male to have sex with an adult woman. Various twists, but the same topic.
The law is the law; it is illegal. The law strictly enforced resulted in high school sweethearts having consensual sex with each other and being labeled a sexual predator because one was over 18 and one was under 18. In 2007, Florida enacted the Romeo & Juliet law, so that a 23 year old can legally have sex with a 16 year old without criminal charges.
The question is morality; is it moral for an underage man to have sex with an adult woman. In biblical times, people were getting married and having a families shortly after puberty (~13 years old), but they had much shorter life spans (35 years). If the bible blessed the conduct, then it must be moral. But not legal under current laws.
A male friend of mine had sex with two women in their 40's, when he was 16. He also had a girlfriend his own age at the time. He's now in his 40's. He does not view himself as a victim. Men and women view sex differently.
When I was 16 years old, if I had sex with a 30 year female teacher who I was attracted who when I was 16 years old - would I view myself as a victim? No - presuming no STD's or pregnancies.
I also had sex with a 35 year old when I was 15 and it was great, lot of girls do. It goes both ways, but that's not what this question is about

The only concession I will make on this is that a teenage boy who is about 16 years old is less likely to be traumatized by having sex with a 27 year old woman.

It depends on the younger person's age. Technically, in many places being under 18 is "under age". But some people under 18 are sexually mature and experienced.
And simply having sex with someone who is under 18 doesn't make a person a pedophile. I think of pedophiles as people who have a fetish for prepubescent kids. There's also a difference between sex with a young adult and molestation.
I was 16 when my first girlfriend was 15. Technically, I was having sex with a minor. But she was fully blossomed, was on the pill, and had even had a previous boyfriend. So I'm wondering what the difference would be if a girl like that decided to have a relationship with a guy in his 20s or older if she wanted to. Sex is sex. And I wonder what the difference would be if a sexually experienced 16 year old guy had sex with a hot older woman.

If the female participates in these actions , she is a pedophile , an erect penis is the equivalent of a wet virgina , zero difference , plus both are biological actions so are completely irrelevant.

This is the basic for life it includes intelligence, maturity and responsibility but since you may not be in touch with the actual human behavior overall then the only conclusion is for you to go through trial and error with complete diversity.
