Is it normal to get tired after an hour of sex and wanting to fall asleep? ... Also i get a stiff lower back after about an hour an become tired after that as my lower back starts aching... also i do have a job mon to Sunday... but often on night this happens with me when i'm sleeping with my girlfriend... she gets annoyed with me and kinda makes fun of me for having 1hr worth stamina... i showed a doc she said i'm good and told me to take pills if its that big of an issue and my girlfriend also told me i should use viagra but the thing is one of my uncle used like 3 viagra tabs one night with his wife and that ended with him slumped on top of her with a heart attack... i don't want that with me [my uncle was 40 and his wife like 35/36] i too have mild heart issues (probably not that serious as i'm 22) but i feel like i'm being selfish by not using viagra for my girlfriend

It's normal to feel sleepy after Cumming for men especially. You can't help how you're feel if you're tired. Viagra can cause heart issues! It makes your blood pump faster. If you already have heart issues I'd be especially wary but you're Dr Will know better than me. Id sometimes want or the making out and foreplay to last longer than that or to be nice and affectionate afterwards and another go but also get tired easily.

Work less or you catch a burn out. How do you want to teach anybody when you have a depression? You need 2 days leisure time a week. Sex will be better and you may not need any viagra. If you want to take the pills, take one and not three. And if sex is good you won't feel any pain while having sex as long as you are healthy.

You don't need to take viagra what you need is to look after yourself and make sure you're getting enough sleep and leisure time.

You can't be working 7 days a week. That's no life. If you can afford to then at least take one day off allowing yourself to regroup, you'll find a lot more than just a boost in your sex life.

but my girlfriend gets really mad at me... i have to teach students 7 days a week have to stand at least 5hrs on sat and sun... rest of the days i stand up and teach for like 8hrs... honestly i don't have the energy for sex more than onece or twice a week only on sat/sun
