Working last night, saw a couple in the city being very creative with their PDA, her sitting on his lap sideways, one of his hands between her legs, the other in her blouse, her hand between her legs and his. He was too caught up with her but she saw me notice and smiled and maintained eye contact. PDA FOR HIM, but exhibitionism for her? Considering everything was covered, and about 3am, was it acceptable?
