Is unprotected sex always risky even if the guy doesn't cum inside the girl?

  • There is always a certain risk but we have been practicing it for a very long time with my boyfriend and nothing unhappy has happened but you really have to be confident with the other. He even explained everything to me how his ejaculation works and he controls it very well. He knows it about 5 seconds before his semen begins to come out and he will not be able to hold back and that he will ejaculate. He says it feels very well inside his penis like an intense tickling and he always withdraws from my vagina long before the first jets gushed.

  • YES! You can absolutely still contract: HIV, HPV, syphilis, herpes, gonorrhea, Trichomoniasis, Chlamydia, Bacterial Vaginosis (which although curable, is so gross because it smells SO bad, everyone around you will know you have it), monkey pox (if he’s bisexual), and PREGNANT! Pulling out is so unreliable that even I have heard the joke, “what do you call a woman who tells the guy to make sure he pulls out? MOMMY!”

  • I was always 'cautioned' about it from a close woman cousin I have. I very rarely wore a condom, but then again was careful about withdrawing from the girl without ejaculating in her. That said, she, my cousin, always said there was ALSO sperm in the pre-ejaculate, that comes in a lot when you are young, and when I was in my 20's I did have a lot of pre-ejaculate, but maybe I was just lucky in withdrawing at the right time.

  • yes... the risk will always be there as a risk, whether you are using protection or not

but it is a whole lot more risk and chances of unwanted outcomes if you do not use protection

and there is a whole lot less risk if you use protection properly

all other levels of risk fall in the middle and in between

whether is pregnancy or STD's... there's always some risk level though

  • Yes and even Oral sex can still spread STD/STI's even if you don't do anything else.

  • It’s always risky, especially if you don’t know the other person’s status. You shouldn’t be worried about pregnancy only, there are STDs and STIs and some of them aren’t curable. Please be extra careful

  • Well not for me. I'm "fixed" and I only have sex with Hubby.

  • Yes.

  • Unprotected sex is always risky. doesn't always just make a girl pregnant but also... risky to get stds or stis as well

  • If we're talking strictly pregnancy risk then no. If a woman knows her cycle and is tracking it she knows when she is ovulating therefore when to avoid sex.

In terms of STD then it's always risky

    • My problem is i have irregular cycles.

    • Then it would be risky always for you

    • A woman can get pregnant at any time in her cycle, up to and including her period. While it's statistically lower than ovulation, a prophylactic is still the best option.

  • Not if both of you have been tested and tested negative. But you can still get pregnant

  • Yes, have you ever heard of pre-cum? Well it actually has sperm swimming in it. There is the possibility you can get pregnant from it. If you don't want to get pregnant then he needs to wear a condom or you need to be on the pill

  • Yep, just like not wearing your seatbelt whilst riding in your car, you're just asking for trouble

  • Definitely. Pregnancy isn't the only risk

  • Pull out works fine if you do it properly. I've used it for years and know many other women that do to.

  • Yeah. And even if you aren't worried about pregnancy; you can still spread STDs. Sex can be a very risky activity, even if you take all reasonable precautions.

  • Yes.

  • yeah, cause precum can make you pregnant.

  • Yes there is a greater risk for std and pregnancy with no condom.

  • Yes it is

  • Of pregnancy? Depends upon where in your cycle you are, your internal chemistry (sperm can live for days inside in the proper conditions), and if the guy is fertile. I'm sterile (CBAVD) so the risk of pregnancy from me is zero.

  • No it's not

  • yes it is
