I think teenagers having sex with each other is normal but if an adult has sex with a teeanager, thats disgusting... Thats why age of consent is important.
I hear there are exceptions if both parties are under 18. I don't know how far that goes though, I'm just glad I lost my virginity at 19. I was lucky too, I don't know how I was able to have that happen.
Honestly 18 is a bit old I feel like this might just get teens in trouble with the law for something totally normal as long as they are with people around there own age 16 seems more reasonable.
