It's one thing if she has only a boyfriend and most women between 18 and 23 aren't even married yet.. It's when she IS married that you back off.
If a female has a boyfriend it's ok to masturbate to pics of her in your room. Women are far more likely to have exes than men at that age (18-23) anyway. That's why so many women are single at age 29-34 (especially models, bodybuilders and yoga instructors).
Regarding 24-28, women tend to be confused at that age range. My mom had me at around 24 and divorced at around 32, remarried at 34.

1) at least the age of consent (variable by jurisdiction)
