Its possible, but discreetizing it by inches seems a mistake. My guess, if you were to fit this to a curve (which i didn't do and am just eyeballing), is around 7.7 is women's average ideal.

But that could be correlation more so than causation, as width is far more important to what women feel during sex, which is somewhat tightly correlated with length, but by no means perfectly. Indeed, no matter how long a penisnis, you can always just put it in partway and make it effectively the size she needs.

Moreover, penis size tends to correlate with sexual confidence in men, and then we have the Dunning-kruger effect where confidence and competence can become decoupled when high confidence is present. 7.7 is thus a good size for "not small" but is also not large enough that the guy would feel like he doesn't have to compensate by learning what to do with it.
