We can't really answer that without more information. Do you struggle with the taste and smell? That's something he can affect with diet and lifestyle.
If that's not a problem for you, it's probably texture. If you've just got the tip in your mouth or your mouth is open and he comes in your mouth like a p*rn money shot, it's just sitting on your tongue and the sticky/gooey texture is probably sticking to your tongue, throat, and basically making it like swallowing snot or thick phlegm. If you take his penis into the back of your mouth (or throat, if you can) as he's coming, it will get most of it past your tongue and right into your throat... should make it easier to swallow.

Having it go down isn't the problem. Texture/ taste is fine. Everything is fine until it tries to settle in my stomach. I'm fine for the first few minutes, then I gag and it all comes back out.
The first time I did it I thought I would be repulsed by it because I'm a texture kind of a person. The goopy-ness looked like it would irk me.

Not in my head. After we're done, we move to something else like watch TV or run errands. Then I start getting lightheaded as if I'm sick, and then I feel it come up.
