Well first. Set the mood. Kiss her lips gently. Move her hair to the side. Put your hand on the back of her head. Kiss her harder, but passionately still. Then, pull away, maybe lightly bite her bottom lip as you pull away. Then when you go back in to kiss her, move one hand to her waist or a little higher like where her bra strap would hit the middle of her back. Don't undo it. If you're on a bed or couch or bed push her back gently and then maybe try kissing her neck. Do that a couple times. One thing that gets me turned on quick are little neck bites and ear lobes being kissed and bite lightly. Try that maybe? Then go back to kissing her lips And then, take your hand, and put your hand under her shirt, up to her boobs.

That's way too open ended a question for which there's no solid answer. How old is your girlfriend? Is this the first time she's had the girls played with? Has she ever been in a sexual relationship? Do your instincts tell you she's ready for it?
Well usually my questions don't get comments so I did not think that I needed many details. We are both each other's firsts in everything and we are the same age. I think she is getting close to it. She does not seem to care if I get close to her bra or if I accidentally brush up or rest my arm against them while we make out or tickling.
Well, you could talk about it, but if everything is a first for both of you, understandably that might be a bit awkward for you. Test the waters. You know, baby steps first. If she's OK with heavy making out and French kissing, she's probably expecting it to happen anyway. First of all, make sure you won't be interrupted and you have privacy. Going for "second base" is usually a natural extension of long, sensuous kissing sessions (at least from what I've experienced). Run your hand gently up her side - through her clothing - and gently massage the side of her breast. Don't make a fast run for the nipple or squeeze them like you're kneading dough. Or, if she has a buttoned blouse, you can always open a button and kiss her upper chest.
