I've seen it in very seldom occasions in two women.
The first was fairly older than me and when during sex she soaked the bed (and me) like a firefighter hose. I never saw her "squirting" in a way that looks like pulsating ejaculating pee, probably because it was always during penetration, but the quantities do correspond to that of squirting. It was not pee in this case, it was a bit more thick yet very fluid like, transparent and barely had any smell. The amount was huge (at least like one glass of water, minimum, depending on how long the sex would prolong).
The second was more didactic, as it happened with an SO. During a foreplay in which we both were very, very horny, whilst I was eating her out (she knew I had a fetish for pee) she emanated a pee-like liquid that was similar in all characteristics but in taste and odour. I loved it, but I though we were playing water sports (pee-like kinky stuff).

I've never experienced it from other women. I like it a lot as an oral sex lover, but I prefer the lubricant fluids that look (but are not) like cum, since their consistency is more notorious, and they have a subtle smell and taste of sex. And usually come as a reward from your performance.
But yes, it is possible.
However, I think from what I've seen that 90% of the porn videos of squirting are actually pee.
It's possible and no it's not pee. Squirting like that only really happens through stimulation of the g-spot.
But some people hold the opinion that G-Spot is just a myth, it does not exist in reality...
Tell that to a scientist they might agree... tell that to literally any sex expert and they will either cringe or laugh in your face. I've found it, it's a thing, if a lot of guys/girls aren't patient enough to find it... that's their problem. It's also doubtful at least to say it's urine as women known to squirt will still be able to squirt even if they used the bathroom right before sex.
If you're looking for it try looking up some articles on sexual health sites. Try the women's health magazine website for one or just Google how to find it. It's really easy to find assuming you didn't make hat the very first thing you tried to do. She has to be aroused first before you can really find it. It feels like ridges like the plates on the back of a dragon's neck... except soft. It swells up and gets VERY pronounced when she's aroused enough.
