  When I was about 14, a guy told my friend I had nice tits and she told me he said that. That's fine. But men who compliment a highly erogenous area of a woman openly without prompting have overwhelmingly been lecherous individuals. So that's why internally it feels good but not behaviour I would reward.

Since this question hasn't been limited by its submission to G@G to a "girls only" question, I'm gonna chime in as a guy.
My nips have become so enlarged by my erogenous play with them, that they are now very definitely permanent, prominent "pokies".

  Fair enough finally is it only a "guy worth smiling back" or if it's an ugly guy/not your type, you'd just ignore or steer clear.   We do go on some dates. But very rarely as our schedules don’t allow for it much. Maybe one nice meal every few months. Especially since our son was born a few years ago.
