Ladies, would you date a bisexual man?

Do you find it off-putting if a spouse might sometimes wonder or have impulses with the same sex? (Not directly cheating on you with them of course) Apparently according to one source we make the best fathers since we tend to be less prejudiced and tend to find it easier to open up about more sensitive topics. Since there's a scale on this too if you are okay with it, what about if they preferred the same sex?

  • I’m guessing most would say no, but there are enough women that are cool with it. My girlfriend is one of them. She has seen me intimate with a guy when we tried a threesome and she finds it sexy and awesome, it’s a turn on for her she said, she loves me even more for it.

  • My boyfriend is bisexual. He’d say 20% into men and 80% into women. I have a different perspective though- my brother is bisexual and is happily and loyally married to a woman and is a father.

I did have to confront my own biphobia in the beginning and work to keep things in perspective. I do think if he was more interested in men it would be more challenging. Trying to establish boundaries with how we interact with others would become more difficult to navigate.

    • Yeah thats pretty much where I range on the scale too XD I've met loads of girls I fancied over my life but about 2-3 times im come across a guy I fancy so although its rare it can happen

    • How does the fact that he is bi... affects your relationship?

    • @mariospapadopoulos12 navigating friendships mostly. I’m 33 and our friends range in age from 23-45. Very few of them are straight which makes things complicated. Would you want your hetero, male SO watching a movie alone with an attractive women even if they seem like they’re just friends? When your partner is bisexual and your friends are bisexual, is it ok for him to watch a movie alone with an attractive man? It can get complicated, but you have to trust them or it will never work.

  • Yes ofcorse I would. As long as he is the man in both sides... am not gonna explain my answer tho.. If you know you know. :)

    • So basically no cheating and he settles down with you right as all people should in a relationship?

    • Thats not what I meant but yes ofcorse that too

  • Don't worry about it man, if a woman don't want to date you because of that you lucked out. No one wants to be with someone who's judgmental like that.

    • I've been there before lol, dating a sadistic narcissist over a decade ago, haven't talked to her in 8 years thankfully, was lucky she wasn't the mother of my children

  • I don't think I would date a bisexual man, but only because I prefer men who are more on the masculine end.

    • I noticed women tend to look for that in men, what about a man who went through a phase once and decided "No not for me, its women I like but at least I know that now"

    • That's fine. My boyfriend is in that boat.

    • Im kind of the same but pretty sure im bi with a preference to women, I wouldn't date a guy again though let alone marry one that feels weird to me for some reason, I guess when it comes to other guys its just for fun and nothing serious
