Ladies, would you go topless in public if it became legal?

I think it should be legal, but that's not the question here. Would women start walking around topless if it became legal? I don't think they would because I'd imagine it being cold and uncomfortable.

If it's already legal where you live, then answer if you already walk around topless or not.

I feel like if everyone was always topless it would actually kind of lose it’s allure to me. I like seeing a part of someone that not everyone gets to see. It’s sexy and intimate.

I can think of one reason that it should not be legal though its a weird one.. Right now, its not illegal to take pictures in public, Its part of freedom of speech. Its not illegal to photograph or videotape. The moment this became legal you would have women bitching and trying to get people thrown in prison for taking photos in public.
