28DD is. 34 is how wide you are. 28DD has a really small frame and big boobs. and 34 is wide with small boobs. But who cares though! Boobs are boobs! you're gonna find someone to love you regardless

basically the same but 28DD chick has smaller frame so her boobs would look much bigger compared to the 34B chick
They actually wouldn't! Even though she would have a smaller frame her boobs would still look about the same size as the 34B person's boobs. I'm a 28DD, I have very small boobs

I mean yes if you compared them side to side, the similarity would be apparent. I meant just in general, the smaller framed girl would look like she has big boobs and the bigger framed girl would look like she has a small-average pair of boobs. I’m 34 F/G and my boobs look so big for my frame
Nope, 28DD doesn't look like big boobs. A properly fitted 28DD is a very small size. :)

34B does have a bigger band size, you're right. But 28DD and 34B actually hold the exact same cup volume! (they're sister sizes)
