Ok there seems to be some misconceptions about vaginas. Vaginas are elastic like a rubber band they stretch ONLY to accommodate things but when sex is over it snaps back to it's regular size. It's just not possible for it to be stretched out for 2-3 days. The soreness is definitely a possibility from the vagina being stretch too much at once but more times than not it's because the vagina wasn't aroused enough for intercourse yet.
