The same thing happens with me and my boyfriend. We always try to make me finish first that way we both have a chance to. Sometimes he finishes first, but unless he has enough strength and whatnot to stay hard and keep going, he'll get soft and then I just have to deal with it. It isn't very often so it's not a big deal but maybe ask your boyfriend to slow down and let you catch up so you two can finish together or so you can finish first and then he can keep going once you do.
